Description
Now Hiring: Full-Time Veterinarian – Privately Owned Practice | Portland, OR
Are you a compassionate, dedicated veterinarian looking to join a collaborative, forward-thinking, privately owned clinic where your ideas actually shape how we do things? At Wildwood, you won’t get lost in layers of corporate policy — you’ll have a real voice, real influence, and the chance to help build the kind of veterinary medicine you believe in. We’re seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to become part of our close-knit team.
At Wildwood Veterinary Clinic, we build the position around you—your talents, your interests, and what you need to thrive. We are more interested in your personality, drive, teamwork, and positive attitude than in checking every skill box on a list.
Do you love connecting with clients and forming meaningful relationships?
You’ll fit right in.
Not interested in surgery or dentistry?
No problem—we already have doctors who love those. You get to focus on the areas of practice that bring you joy.
Need certain days or scheduling flexibility?
We can work with that.
Value your time off and your mental health?
So do we. You deserve a workplace that supports your well-being and a team that truly cares about you as a person, not just as a producer.
If you’ve been searching for a clinic where you don’t have to choose between practicing great medicine and living a full, happy life, you might have just found it.
What We Offer:
Very Flexible Schedule & Generous Time Off – because your well-being matters.
Continuing Education (CE) Stipend – grow your skills and fuel your curiosity.
Retirement Plan – invest in your financial future with confidence.
Medical & Dental Insurance – comprehensive coverage for you and your family.
Supportive, low-ego environment where collaboration is encouraged.
Privately owned practice with input on medical decisions and protocols — no corporate constraints.
Mentorship for newer grads and growth opportunities for experienced DVMs.
